What you will do
As a Manager of Automation and Electrical Engineering you will:
Lead and develop the Automation Engineering team in Mexico, setting clear priorities, expectations, and ways of working aligned with Automation & Digital Americas strategy. Drive safe, reliable, and efficient delivery of automation engineering solutions that support business goals and customer value Oversee automation engineering activities across project execution, technical problem-solving, and continuous improvement Build team capability through coaching, development, and performance management Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders including project, service, sales, and customer-facing teams Translate business and customer needs into clear engineering actions and priorities Ensure alignment with Tetra Pak standards for safety, quality, and operational excellence
