Responsibilities
Leading and executing a wide range of audits, review engagements and compilations engagements for large to mid‑sized owner‑managed businesses across various sectors. Experience with ASPE and ASNPO frameworks is an asset.
Analysis and review of corporate and personal income tax returns, including compilation and review engagements.
Provide solutions to clients for accounting matters and collaborate with them to support growth under current business and financial conditions.
Contribute to new business development by understanding Doane Grant Thornton and its service lines, and by leveraging your credibility with clients.
Plan and lead teams, ensuring that client expectations are clearly communicated.
Participate in the coaching and performance management process of the practice by conducting timely performance reviews, providing ongoing feedback, and training to develop junior team members.
