Job Purpose

As a member of the Mashreq Bank Pakistan Limited Retail Banking Group (RBG), the incumbent will play a key role in the development, implementation, optimization, and maintenance of transaction monitoring systems and operations aimed at mitigating financial crime risks. The role involves close collaboration with the Compliance Manager at Mashreq Group and Country Compliance teams to enhance AML transaction monitoring frameworks, strengthen operational workflows, and improve the effectiveness of existing monitoring rules and processes. The incumbent will also lead and support initiatives focused on increasing operational efficiency through automation, advanced analytics, machine learning, and other technological solutions.
