This role is for an experienced AEM Group Manager who can lead a team in creating personalized web experiences. You will manage and oversee software releases for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) in both traditional (headful) and modern (headless) setups.

Key Responsibilities
Translate marketing goals into effective technical solutions.

Lead AEM software releases and manage the technical roadmap.

Collaborate with business teams to plan project needs and technical requirements.

Oversee a high-performing team of engineers, including hiring and performance management.

Help set and track department goals.

Ensure all deliverables comply with company policies and security standards.
