Salary and Bonus Salary range: CAD 149,600 - 182,800 (35‑hour workweek). Annual bonus target 15% of base with potential payout up to double the target. Employee Share Purchase Plan matches 50% of net shares.

Work closely with a team to identify opportunities for more data‑driven decisions within the broader Corporate PL family.
Responsibilities
Ensure the quality of operational actuarial deliverables, oversee daily activities by planning and dispatching work, promote teamwork / cross‑functional collaboration, and guide the training and development of team members.
Have impactful influence in the creation and design of data analytics to enable Corp PL’s strategic data‑driven actions.
Formulate appropriate recommendations after analyzing and interpreting the reports produced by actuarial analysts and technicians to improve the performance of products and services.
