Job Description: Central SPOC – LRD (ABG Ecosystem) | ABHFL
Role Purpose
Own and drive LRD business within the ABG ecosystem by building a high-quality pipeline, leading deal structuring, and ensuring time-bound closures with strong focus on asset quality, tenant strength, and conversion efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
1. Ecosystem-Led Pipeline Creation
Anchor LRD opportunity sourcing across ABG entities (corporates, commercial assets, group-linked )
Build a qualified, high-value pipeline of lease-backed opportunities
Position ABHFL as the preferred LRD partner within ABG ecosystem
2. Stakeholder Management (Critical Success Lever)
Build strong relationships with CFOs, CRE teams, and business heads within ABG
Drive proactive engagement → repeat opportunities & cross-entity scale
Enable internal alignment for faster decision-making
