Management Trainees will support sales, marketing, and plant operations by improving efficiency, productivity, and process documentation under respective department heads.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Familiarize with systems and processes related to sales, marketing, and plant operations.
• Identify efficiency and productivity issues in sales, marketing, and plant operations and initiate resolution steps with agreed timelines.
• Ensure documentation of all sales, marketing, and plant operations systems and procedures for process tracking.
• Establish measurable and controllable improvement programs relevant to sales, marketing, and plant operations for planning and monitoring.
