As a Management Trainee , you will be immersed in one functional area, learning the intricacies of the role, contributing to key projects, and building a solid foundation for a future leadership position within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Participate in comprehensive training and development programs to gain a thorough understanding of the chosen department (e.g., Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, and Chemical, Aerospace, Computer, and Industrial engineering , Operations, Marketing, Sales, HR, Finance etc.).
- Assist in executing key initiatives and projects within the department to drive business goals and operational improvements.
