Position: Shadow Supervisor (Courier Operations & Rider Support).

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Shadow Supervisors to learn daily courier operations and rider support.
• Assist with rider recruitment, onboarding, and training.
• Help create and optimize delivery schedules and routes.
• Support tracking of rider performance, safety, and compliance.
• Learn to manage rider equipment and inventory.
• Prepare basic operational reports and present findings.
• Graduate of any business and computer related course.
• At least 2 years of working experience.
• Knowledgeable in MS Word/Excel/PPT.
• Output oriented.
• Can work under minimal supervision and under pressure.
• Willing to do field work.
