The property is based in the Great Karoo and operates as a balanced model of boutique hospitality and sustainable farming, including free-roaming cattle and game, with a strong commitment to conservation, animal welfare, veld improvement, and environmental protection. The hospitality offering consists of four restored boutique self‑catering houses, each with a distinct character, catering primarily to South African guests, with a growing international market seeking a remote and authentic Karoo experience.

Core Criteria

• Proven background in lodge or boutique hospitality management
• Fully bilingual (English and Afrikaans)
• Valid firearm licence (required for selective culling and game management)
• Experience operating property management systems (currently Nightsbridge or similar platforms)
• Strong communication and guest engagement skills
• Excellent organisational ability with meticulous attention to detail
