Summary Organizational Location: This position is with the Department of Homeland Security, within U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Enterprise Services, Workforce Care Directorate, Location Negotiable After Selection* *Must report to a CBP Facility. Additional selections may be made to include other organizational divisions and/or units within the duty location(s) listed above. Responsibilities In this position, you will serve as an expert analyst and advisor to management on a wide range of qualitative and quantitative methods for assessment of employee and family support, wellness, work-life, and veteran support programs, processes, and systems. This position starts at a salary of $106,437.00 (GS-13, Step 1) to $138,370.00 (GS-13, Step 10).
