Management and Program Analyst

Summary Position provides effective coaching, consulting and advising to management officials throughout the organization, upon request or as directed by management, in support of developing individual leaders and leadership teams, to ensure alignment with FAA/AVS/FS policy and guidance and organizational development strategies. Responsibilities Is a recognized subject matter expert and consultant to management officials; including senior, middle and front-line managers, in all matters relating to the development and implementation of management skills and tools needed to provide effective oversight of various programs.
