Summary Organizational Location: This position is with the Department of Homeland Security, within U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Office of Field Operations, Tucson Field Office, Area Port of Nogales, Nogales Port of Entry. Responsibilities You will serve as a Management and Program Analyst, with primary responsibilities as the Port's Injury Compensation Coordinator (ICC). In this critical role, the you will oversee the comprehensive Workers' Compensation Program, performing initial claim processing, providing guidance to employees and management on Federal Employees' Compensation Act (FECA) requirements, and collaborating with the Department of Labor to ensure proper case management and cost containment.
