MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST

Summary You will serve as a Management and Program Analyst in the Resource Management Division of NAVSUP FLT LOGISTICS CNTR PUGET SOUND. Responsibilities You will be responsible for managing and tracking organizational staffing, including grade levels and funding sources, to ensure alignment with authorized manpower authorizations and fiscal sustainability. You will conduct analytical studies of organizational structures, workload, and staffing levels, and providing strategic recommendations, alternative options, or data-driven briefings to senior leadership. You will be responsible for utilizing automated human resources or manpower systems (such as TFMMS, DCPDS) to process Manpower Change Requests (MCRs), generate Requests for Personnel Actions (RPAs), and ensure the accuracy of personnel data.
