Summary You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the TRANSFORMATION OFFICE (INNOVATION AND TECHNOLOGY INSERTION DIVISION) of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF. Responsibilities You will serve as the facilitator/analyst for assigned process/transformation improvement projects for day-to-day waterfront production and engineering support throughout the shipyard. You will conduct analysis and assist employees in the analysis of organizational behaviors and performance including impact on organizational effectiveness, preparation of learning and performance improvement activities, and performance metrics. You will assist in determining the need for and the preparation and facilitation of improvement events. You will be responsible for providing training in performance and process improvement techniques to personnel.
