Summary About the Position: This position is in the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS). Employees occupying DCIPS positions are in the Excepted Service and must adhere to U.S. Code, Title 10, as well as Department of Defense Instruction 1400.25. This position is located at the ST-IC-W00YAA US ARMY INTELLIGENCE AND SECURITY CMD. This position is located at Fort Belvoir, Virginia. Responsibilities Serve as a Senior Force Management Action Officer and point of contact for INSCOM Headquarters (HQ) and/or Major Subordinate Commands (MSC). Identify organizational needs and implement programs for the integration of concepts, doctrine, material, personnel, training, and support. Conduct assessment of operational requirements. Participate in and conduct working groups and committees. Present, verbally and written, complex Force Management issues and actions to senior military and civilian personnel.
