Management Analyst (Fiduciary Hub)

Summary This position is located in the Veterans Benefits Administration, Fiduciary Hub at the Milwaukee Regional Office. The Management Analyst develops recommendations for program officials and supervisors and strives to have viable recommendations accepted by operating components. Responsibilities Tracks division progress with respect to goals. Facilitates work or program reviews to improve division results. Recommends solutions on inter-team issues and matters with external factors. Prepares, for the Fiduciary Hub Manager's review and signature assorted memorandums, letters, and other written communication. Assists in, or performs, evaluations in the processes of various Systematic Analyses of Operations (SAO) to determine the level of quality and management factors of all program areas.
