Managed Services Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the performance, profitability, and growth of the Managed Services portfolio.
• Ensure all managed service sites operate safely, reliably, and in line with contractual obligations and performance standards.
• Develop and convert new managed services opportunities, including BOOM and asset-based service models.
• Build business cases, commercial proposals, and sustainable operating models.
• Lead client relationship management, contract negotiations, renewals, and performance reviews.
• Oversee operational performance, including production, uptime, throughput, and operational efficiency.
• Manage portfolio financial performance, including revenue, margins, costs, ROI, IRR, and asset utilisation.
• Drive operational improvements and intervene in underperforming operations.
