Job Description
**Main responsibilities:**
_The Managed Access Program (MAP) Specialist’s primary role is to identify the “Managed Access” requests belonging to Sanofi or Affiliate from the Sanofi or Affiliate Portal and to maintain the tracking of these requests through the review process and until the decision is communicated to the requesting physician. The position reports to the in coordination with the M&OE operations and Governance Lead. The role is the Owner of case submission process including verifying completeness of documentation, communication with Global Medical, recording decisions and country follow-up while ensuring compliance to MAP SOP._
_This includes but is not limited to the following:_
+ Process all the received MAP requests as per the agreed TAT and quality.
+ Store and manage documentation of all processed requests.
+ Supporting internal audits for MAP process and documents.
+ Supporting queries related to MAP requests from HCP or Local Medi...
