Mall Leasing Manager – Tenant Strategy & Growth

Paradigm Mall JB is seeking an experienced Manager – Leasing to lead the leasing and tenancy administration functions, driving strategies to maximize occupancy and rental revenue.

You will develop the Tenant Mix Plan and Leasing Budget Rental Plan, negotiate terms with retailers, supervise the Leasing Administration, and prepare regular performance reports for Management. Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required, Chinese is an advantage.
