Mall Facilities & M&E Operations Lead

MyTOWN Shopping Centre is seeking an Executive, Facilities Management to ensure safe, reliable operation of all building systems, including fire alarms, CCTV, electrical distribution, and plumbing. You will manage M&E maintenance, coordinate with tenants and internal teams, and drive energy efficiency initiatives.

The role requires coordinating preventive maintenance, supervising contractors, and ensuring compliance with DOSH, Bomba, Suruhanjaya Tenaga, and OSHA.
