Mall Facilities & Maintenance Operations Lead

WCT Malls is seeking an experienced Assistant Maintenance Manager to lead Paradigm Mall JB’s facilities, maintenance, and fit-out operations. You will ensure smooth operation of building systems, oversee preventive maintenance, manage contractors and budgets, and maintain a safe, well‑kept environment for tenants and shoppers.

The ideal candidate has extensive mall operations management experience, strong leadership, and is proficient in Microsoft Office.
