Job Description
Carlton House is looking to recruit a Male Support Worker to join the team. This is a full time, 48 hour role with 12 hour shifts. Due to the requirements of our residents, we can only consider male candidates for this specific post. Carlton House is located in Rothwell Haigh, near to Leeds. It offers residential support for 10 males, including males on the autism spectrum and males with a learning disability. Carlton Cottage, which is immediately adjacent, offers support for a further six males.
Our team are dedicated to working with each individual we support on a person‑centred basis to create and achieve goals to meet their own expectations. We want to help each person we care for to have a healthy, happy and independent life, within a safe and welcoming home.
