Malaysia - Senior Boarding Officer - Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Expedite port call turnaround and in the most cost-effective manner.
• Closely monitor port call progress and ensure Principals’ best interest are always protected.
• Ensure all requirements relating to cargo matters are well understood and relayed to Manager and other relevant parties.
• Ensure mandatory use of One-Da / Optic / Diaboss and etc system as reporting tool in compliance with company policy and KPI
• Concise and timely communication with authorised recipients and stakeholders.
• This include but not limited to routine pre-arrival, progress. port call updates and post-call enquires.
• Keeping abreast of latest development in relevant regulations, industry and ISS Policies and Procedures from official sources.
• Ensure services provided comply with local law/regulations and ISS Policies/Procedures.
