Job Description

Job Summary
Determines need for materials based on production schedule and availability
Opens containers and replenishes line supplies
Loads and unloads materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand
Counts, weighs, and records number of units of materials used on daily production sheet
Enters data into computer and prints labels using applicable data
Lifts heavy objects by hand or with power hoist and cleans work area, machines and equipment to assist machine operators
Makes simple adjustments to equipment to accept product or manufacturing materials
Operates pallet jack to assist in loading or moving materials and products
Assists with cleaning and sanitizing of equipment
Performs disassembly and assembly of product tables and line equipment
Perform all other duties as needed
