Prepare vacant apartments for new residents by completing repairs, cleaning, and ensuring all features are in working order per our Total Quality Make Ready (TQMR) program. Perform basic maintenance tasks, including light fixture replacements, minor plumbing repairs, appliance checks, and drywall patching. Assistwith painting, carpet cleaning, and exterior touch-ups to meet market-ready standards.
