This hands-on role is ideal for candidates with experience in building maintenance, facilities maintenance, HVAC support, electrical repairs, plumbing, carpentry, or general handyman work. The Maintenance Worker will complete preventive maintenance, respond to work orders, troubleshoot building systems, and perform repairs to keep facilities operating efficiently. Work is performed in active commercial environments and requires the safe use of hand tools, power tools, ladders, lifts, and maintenance equipment.
