Maintenance Technician

MatchBox Consulting Group is partnering with a well‑established real estate owner, developer, and property manager to hire a Maintenance Technician for a newly developed purpose‑built rental community in North Vancouver.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on maintenance professional who enjoys solving problems, interacting with residents, and taking ownership of building operations. While residential property management experience is an asset, candidates from commercial buildings, hospitals, schools, airports, industrial facilities, or similar maintenance environments are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Complete suite repairs, inspections, and turnover maintenance.
• Perform preventative maintenance throughout the building.
