Job Description
Currently seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician in Ankeny, Iowa. This role ensures safe, clean, and compliant environments across rehabilitation programs for individuals with brain injuries and other neurological conditions. Maintenance experience preferred, strong teamwork skills. Wage is $20/hour if minimal/no experience.
Position Highlights:
+ Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts between 7:00am-5:00pm
+ Hours: 40/week
+ Location: Multiple campuses in Ankeny
Responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician:
+ Perform maintenance tasks across indoor, outdoor, and vehicle-related systems.
+ Ensure safety and regulatory compliance (SDS, OSHA, Safety Committee).
+ Assist with regulatory surveys, documentation, and plans of correction as needed.
+ Support multiple departments by leading through communication, teamwork, and example.
