Job Summary

Maintenance Technician – Full‑time position with a sign‑on bonus of $500 and a retention bonus of $1,500. The role reports to the Community Manager and is based in Philadelphia, PA.

The technician will ensure the community’s physical assets meet safety, appearance, and operational standards within the budgeted financial goal. Responsibilities include oversight of external contracts, vendor management, and day‑to‑day functions of the building and resident activities.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, appliances, and exterior structures.
• Conduct property and unit inspections.
• Maintain property curb appeal and general cleanliness.
• Schedule and maintain the Make‑Ready Board.
• Purchase materials and manage the budget.
• Ensure maintenance teams deliver safe, decent, and sanitary housing to all residents.
