The role focuses on maximising equipment reliability, minimising downtime, and supporting operational targets across safety, quality, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance on production equipment
* Diagnose faults quickly and perform root cause analysis to reduce downtime (MTTR / MTBF)
* Support continuous improvement initiatives across engineering and production
* Work closely with production teams to improve operational efficiency
* Maintain high standards in health, safety, and environmental compliance
* Assist with engineering projects and equipment upgrades
* Contribute to a proactive, high-performing engineering team culture
