**Job Title: Maintenance Technician $28++**
**Job Summary**
**The Maintenance Technician repairs and maintains equipment to keep the plant running safely and efficiently.**
**Responsibilities**
+ Follow all safety rules and procedures.
+ Complete maintenance and repair requests on time.
+ Help manage spare parts inventory.
+ Support maintenance audits and documentation.
+ Work with production to plan maintenance activities.
+ Repair and maintain equipment such as mixers, conveyors, compressors, and pumps.
+ Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems.
+ Replace or repair switches, sensors, contactors, and motor starters.
+ Perform routine equipment inspections and repairs.
+ Identify and fix equipment issues that affect quality.
+ Train employees on basic equipment operation and care.
+ Keep the maintenance shop clean and organized.
