Maintenance Technician

As a Maintenance Technician, you will ensure the operation of plant machinery and facilities by completing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs and meeting safety, quality, and performance standards.

You will work onsite reporting to the maintenance team in our Saltillo plant.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, ensuring follow‑up to the annual Maintenance Program.
• Conduct electrical and mechanical maintenance, welding, and maintenance on motors and electric pumps.
• Interpret electrical diagrams.
• Manage spare parts inventory and related internal documentation.
• Ensure compliance with internal safety and hygiene requirements, including pre‑work risk analysis.
• Perform facility maintenance – 30% (due to facility improvement projects).
• Support forklift maintenance.
