Duties

• Perform preventative and breakdown maintenance on meat processing machinery
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults efficiently
• Service and maintain equipment such as band saws, mincers, sausage fillers, and blenders
• Install, commission, and calibrate new machinery
• Collaborate closely with production teams to minimise downtime and enhance equipment efficiency
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and manage spare parts inventory
