Shift: 7:00 PM-7:30 AM
Hourly Rate: $32.28 an hour + $.85 shift differential
Reporting to Maintenance Supervisor, you will perform corrective and preventive maintenance to support safe, reliable operations at our St. Elmo, Illinois manufacturing facility. You will contribute to equipment reliability and operational efficiency by completing work on time and following continuous improvement practices. Popular products manufactured at this facility include Mrs. Butterworth's, Log Cabin, Wish-Bone, and Open Pit.
**A Taste of Your Responsibilities**
+ Perform corrective and preventive maintenance
+ Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency
+ Troubleshoot electrical systems, fabricate parts as needed, and operate shop equipment to support repairs
+ Train operators on equipment set-up, changeovers, safety procedures, and Operator Asset Care
