Swiss Property Management Group is hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician to support residential rental properties throughout the Columbus area.

We’re looking for someone dependable, experienced, and comfortable handling a range of maintenance and repair work.

Position details:

• $18–$37 per hour, based on experience

Main responsibilities include:

• Plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, drywall, and painting
• Appliance troubleshooting and repairs
• Apartment turnovers
• Responding to resident maintenance requests
• Preventative maintenance
