Property Maintenance Technician Level II

Shift: 8am-4:30pm Monday-Friday (40 hours per week - Full Time Job)

Location: Our portfolio of properties in the Minneapolis and St. Paul Area. Company vehicle available.

Job Duties:

• Performing a variety of related duties including equipment installation, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance in order to ensure the property and grounds are meeting the company’s established standards and any applicable laws.

• Schedules, prioritizes, and ensures timely completion (48 hours) of all work orders.

• Completes basic repairs related to HVAC, electrical work, carpentry, fixtures, plumbing, appliances, and windows.
