Maintenance Technician - Full time 40 hours/week Monday- Friday 7:
- 00am- 3:00pm with flexibility Rate of pay: $17/hr As a Maintenance Technician you will maintain in an efficient and timely manner in areas of, but not limited to, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, masonry, roofing, painting, grounds maintenance, janitorial and/or any other trade or craft associated with maintaining the physical plant, property and equipment owned or operated by the agency.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Complete work orders as assigned by priority.
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on all buildings and equipment.
- Report and repair any safety concerns that may develop.
- Snow removal as necessary.
- Record and track billable productive hours.
