Install, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC & electrical systems in commercial and residential settings
Perform routine maintenance and inspections on HVAC equipment, including air handlers, chillers, and boilers
Diagnose and resolve electrical issues in lighting, power distribution, and control systems
Conduct energy efficiency checks and recommend improvements to reduce energy consumption
Respond to emergency maintenance needs promptly and efficiently
Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance activities, and inventory of parts and supplies
Collaborate with other maintenance team members to ensure smooth operations of facilities
