**Maintenance Technician**
**Greensboro, NC | 1st Shift**
**Pay: $27-32/hour**
**Job Summary**
Seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs in a manufacturing facility. This position will become the primary on-site maintenance resource, requiring strong electrical and mechanical skills and the ability to work independently.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on production equipment and facility systems.
+ Troubleshoot and repair PLCs (Automation Direct), sensors, motors, and 480V electrical systems.
+ Maintain hydraulic, pneumatic, and electro-mechanical equipment.
+ Repair conveyors, pumps, lift trucks, cranes, and other manufacturing equipment.
+ Replace electrical components, motors, and machine parts as needed.
+ Read blueprints and electrical schematics to diagnose issues.
