Maintenance Execution
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on equipment including hydraulic presses, chillers, compressors, and filtration systemsConduct condition monitoring such as vibration analysis, thermal imaging, and oil samplingInspect and service rotating equipment, including bearings, belts, and lubrication systemsDocument maintenance activities and close work orders in CMMS (SAP, eMaint, or similar systems)Troubleshooting and Repair
Diagnose and repair PLC-controlled systems (Allen Bradley and Siemens preferred)Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical components including drives, servos, relays, sensors, and pneumatic systemsPerform mechanical and alignment adjustments on conveyors, gearboxes, and toolingRespond to equipment downtime and perform root cause analysis to prevent ...
