Job Description

This position provides onsite facility and equipment support to keep operations running smoothly. You’ll perform routine building maintenance and seasonal upkeep, complete pest-control checks and required documentation, pick up and deliver supplies, support shipping & receiving activities (including labeling and equipment operation), and coordinate external vendors for grounds and facility services.
What You’ll Do:
Building maintenance: Perform routine repairs and upkeep (., wall and floor repairs, painting, installing items on walls, replacing light bulbs and door hardware, replacing batteries in motion sensors, and maintaining clear walkways during winter conditions). Operate and maintain floor-cleaning equipment. Support the machine shop and cleanroom with weekly/monthly equipment maintenance.

Pest/insect control: Check mouse traps, insect traps, and bug lights; maintain logs and complete documentation as required.
