**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for a direct hire position. This role is for the 1st shift, running from 7am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday, with additional overtime as needed, totaling 45-50 hours per week.
**Responsibilities**
+ Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues effectively.
+ Maintain strength in fields including hydraulics and electrical systems.
+ Work with CNC equipment and ensure proper maintenance.
+ Demonstrate knowledge and ability in mechanical and pneumatic systems.
+ Perform PLC troubleshooting and assure the upkeep of production equipment and facilities.
+ Read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics.
+ Execute other maintenance duties as needed.
