**Job Description**
This role focuses on maintaining and repairing equipment in an aluminum extrusion manufacturing environment. You will take ownership of all aspects of plant maintenance, including preventive maintenance, reactive repairs, and facilities-related work, to ensure production runs safely and efficiently. The position involves working on aluminum extrusion machines as well as CNCs, brake presses, lasers, and powder coating equipment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform all aspects of plant maintenance, including preventive, reactive, and facilities maintenance, to support continuous production.
+ Attend daily passover meetings to review ongoing issues, prioritize work orders, and coordinate with production and other maintenance team members.
+ Respond quickly to reactive maintenance needs to minimize downtime and keep aluminum extrusion lines and related equipment running.
