Responsibilities
- Assist the Maintenance Manager and team with day‑to‑day maintenance requirements of all hotel plant and equipment, as well as general upkeep of the rooms.
- Maintain high standards of appearance and safety for grounds and rooms.
- Complete daily rounds and promptly respond to and resolve maintenance requests.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with Accor WHS standards.
- Ensure proper use, maintenance, and storage of all equipment.
- Ensure compliance with external contractor management processes.
- Complete tasks within required timeframes.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar maintenance role.
- Trade background preferred (Carpentry, Electrical, or Plumbing).
