Job Description
Shift: 2:45 PM-11:00 PM
Hourly Rate: $33.73 an hour + $.75 shift differential
**Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will support the operation and reliability of production and facility equipment at our Archbold, Ohio manufacturing plant. You will work independently and with the maintenance team to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment to ensure safe and efficient production.**
Shift Premium: .75 cents
Shift: 2:45pm – 11:00pm
**A Taste of Your Responsibilities**
+ Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical and electrical systems
+ Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment, supporting production maintenance needs to minimize downtime and ensure efficiency
+ Complete assigned work orders from supervisors or planners and document work in SAP
+ Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and manuals
+ Follow all safety policies, OSHA regulations, and Lock Out/Tag Out procedures
