**Job Title: Maintenance Technician – 3rd Shift** **Job Description**
This role ensures the reliable operation of production, packaging, processing, and utility equipment during 3rd shift by performing both planned and unplanned maintenance. You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and ammonia systems, support continuous production in a GMP-regulated environment, and uphold high standards of safety, food quality, and housekeeping.
**Responsibilities**
+ Ensure the operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by performing planned and unplanned maintenance on production, packaging, processing equipment, and utility systems that supply heat, steam, cooling, electrical power, gas, and air.
+ Perform electrical and ammonia-related maintenance and troubleshooting to keep equipment running safely and efficiently.
