**Job Title: Maintenance Technician – 1st Shift**
**Job Description**
This role supports a custom packaging manufacturing facility by maintaining and repairing food packaging equipment and building systems on 1st shift. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical and HVAC issues, and keep production lines running safely and efficiently in a GMP environment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform HVAC-related repairs and building maintenance, including replacing bulbs and addressing general facility maintenance needs.
+ Diagnose, repair, and troubleshoot food packaging machinery, including conveyors, pumps, motors, boilers, cappers, and labelers.
+ Complete scheduled preventive maintenance (PMs) on a weekly basis to minimize equipment downtime and extend asset life.
+ Inspect, adjust, and repair mechanical components to ensure equipment operates safely and within specification.
