Maintenance Tech - Second Shift

: The CNC Maintenance Mechanic Technician 3 or 4 conducts routine, periodic, or special inspections to determine repair and maintenance work necessary to prevent breakdowns of machinery and equipment associated with machine operations.

Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:30pm-11pm. ($2.50 additional Shift Differential) Occasionally on call for weekends.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

Level 3

Maintain and repair CNC machines, mill, lathes, bar feeders, and related automation to ensure proper operating condition

Perform advanced mechanical troubleshooting and repair including spindles, turrets, ball screws, bearings, and alignment

Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and lubrication systems including pumps, valves, hoses, and gear boxes.

Diagnose and resolve NC/CNC mechanical and basic electrical / control issues using schematics and diagnostic tools
