GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES:
This maintenance tech is responsible for assisting in preventive maintenance, reporting documentation of the hospital in order to provide a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for patients, staff, and visitors. There is no remote option for this position.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of one year of experience in building mechanical equipment.High school diploma or equivalent required.Some college education preferredAbility to read, write and follow safety directions as required.Painting and minor maintenance work experience preferred.Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
